Paper lamp

I love the way light is diffused through paper and I wanted to make a flexible design with light diffusion in focus. The result was this lamp, made out of two pieces of paper, assembled on one metal ring enabling my intention to assemble different kinds of paper thickness and colours. It also makes it possible to adjust how open the lamp is by changing the diameter of the metal ring. This project was very experimental and taught me a lot about the balance between the simple and the complex.
